July 10th, 2008 Castries St. Lucia, The St. Lucia Amateur Boxing Association has selected a five member team to compete in the first ever Caribbean Youth Boxing Championships to be held in Trinidad July 22nd to 26th, 2008.
GRENADA WINS OECS UNDER 23 NETBALL TITLE
The 2008 OECS Under 23 netball tournament ended here with Grenada winning the championship. They finished on 12 points same as Last year’s champions ST.Vincent but the Grenadians triumphed on a better goal average.

The Courts/Laurie Auguste Memorial 20/20 women’s cricket competition continued on the weekend of July 5th and 6th with wins for Choiseul, Central Castries, SLNCA Development 11 and South Castries .
