CARMEN RENEE WINS MILO SCHOOLS CRICKET
The Milo District Two Cricket competition concluded yesterday Monday March 10th 2008 with Carmen Renee being crowned Champions. The early intermittent showers at the MindooPhillip Park forced the organizers to reduce the encounter from 20 overs a side to 14 overs.
Carmen Renee batting first was restricted to 50/5 in their allotted 14 overs Aaron Euresthee 26, Netyrus Anthony 3/11.
In SDA's turn at the crease they were routed for 12. Medium pacer Adejou Hudson continued his bowling dominance bagging 3/2 to initiate a batting collapse from which the SDA team never recovered.
