LAVERNE SPENCER RECIEVES ENDORSEMENT CONTRACT FROM LIME
ST. Lucia and the Caribbean's number one High Jumper Lavern Spencer has signed an endorsement contract with ST.Lucia's and the caribbean's number one telecommunications provider LIME.
Under the terms of the agreement the 25 year old who repeated as Central American and Caribbean Champion earlier this year will receive cash considerations from LIME and herself and her family will be awarded new mobile phones and services for the next 12 months
After graduating from University of Georgia in December 2008,Spencer became a professional athlete last season during the course of which she qualified for the IAAF World Athletic Championships in Berlin and set a new national and Caricom record for the Womens High Jump.
As part of the agreement with Lime, Laverne Spencer will appear on billboards and conduct clinics with aspiring young athletes.The agreement is for a year in the first instance with an option of renewal after the first year.
