Jordan Augier and Sara Georgeos have both recently come off a training hiatus and while selected for the team may find the going tough to medal but should final in some events, especially in the breaststroke for Sara. She had previously won two CARIFTA medals in 2005
Julien Brice who was nominated as junior sportsman of the year for swimming has also improved tremendously over the past two yeas and will also be looking for his first CARIFTA medal. He is particularly strong in the 50M Free
