ST.LUCIA'S DARREN SAMMY TO CAPTAIN WINDWARD ISLANDS CRICKET TEAM IN REGIONAL ONE DAY SERIES
ST. Lucia cricket captain all rounder Darren Sammy has been named captain of the Windward Islands senior cricket team for the 2009 regional one day series to be played in Guyana form next week.
Sammy takes over from Grenadian Rawle Lewis who served as Windwards captain for the past ten years.The fourteen man squad selected sees one newcomer in Dominican opener Tyrone Theophile.
