WADAT POSSE WINS BRICE AND COMPANY KNOCKOUT CUP IN VIEUX-FORT
Wadat Posse are the champions of the Brice and Company Knockout cup
in the Vieux-Fort League after a 2-1 win over Square United in the finals
of the tournament played yesterday afternoon at the Phillip Marcellin
Grounds in Vieux-Fort.
Kim Edgar opened the scoring for Square United in the 10th minute,but goals
from Valencious Joseph in the 16th minute and Ashley Duncan in the 54th
minute gave Wadat Posse victory.
Square United goal keeper Donerville Bellasse, popular m.c.of the South
Calypso Tent was shown a red card in the 70 minute.
National Player Sheldon Mark of Wadat Posse was named player of the
finals.
In the third place play-off goals from Devon Clovis in the 3rd and 14th
minute gave Stable Boyz a two nil win over Husslers.
