Wahington D.C, 21st March 2020: After the US President Donald Trump promoted the anti-COVID-19 medicine everyone is talking about it. Despite being cautioned by his health expert Dr. Anthony Fauci, Trump still promoted the anti-malaria drug for COVID-19 prevention. Hydroxychloroquine and Azithromycin togetherly have gained the attention of the US president.
The US president mentioned that both Hydroxychloroquine and Azithromycin could be a game-changer at this point in time in the world. Donald Trump took to the Tweeter on Saturday and tried to explain the treatment of Coronavirus with the malaria drug. He also claimed in the Press conference that Hydroxychloroquine and Azithromycin will be distributed in New York and other states in the US.
Some of the American Physicians have already said that these medicines are widely available in the US market but can not be recommended for COVID-19. But Trump disagreed with this decision by the physicians and recommended the use of Hydroxychloroquine and Azithromycin.
Anthony Fauci took over the conference after Trump left and explained that it is not possible to find out so shortly whether Hydroxychloroquine and Azithromycin will actually work for COVID-19. The Director of the National Institute of Allergy Infectious Disease also explained that at least some random test has to be done to prove it.
“The president is talking about hope for people. And it’s not an unreasonable thing to hope for people.” – Dr. Anthony S Fauci to hold up the mental strength of all citizens.
But keep aside every recommendation, Iran writes that the most effective way to fight COVID-19 is to not get infected in the first place and then handwashing and social distancing.
After his announcement of Saturday, Trump faced a lot of criticism over whatever he said in the press conference on Saturday. Washington Post reports that the carelessness of the US President could cost a life. But Trump replied to Washington that every day and every moment Washington posts against Trump always.
Physicians all over the world have made their statement that no such drug has been found to defeat Coronavirus. All the doctors are desperately looking for some medicinal solution to this worldwide epidemic. But as per sources the Hydroxychloroquine and Azithromycin have been tried in many countries in the World.
